4.8.13              Handed my first bottle of prenatal vitamins and told to toss my BCPs aside

4.10.13            Baseline ultrasound to check for ovarian cysts; green light

5.4.13              Wedding

5.21.13            Stopped BCPs – advised to wait 3 months to try (decreases miscarriages) (embarrassed to admit we didn’t follow directions)

6.17.13            Started tracking BBT

9.11.13            Appointment with OBGYN due to cyst pain

9.17.13            Ultrasound

9.24.13            Day 21 blood work

9.26.13            PCOS diagnosis

10.3.13            Round 1 of Clomid

10.25.13          Round 1 of Clomid – fail

10.29.13          Round 2 of Clomid

11.21.13          Round 2 of Clomid – fail

11.22.13          Scheduled appointment w/ Reproductive Medicine at advice of my Gyno. 
12.10.13          Male factor diagnosis.  Scheduled second analysis. 
12.31.13          Male factor diagnosis revoked...told to schedule first IUI.
1.15.14.           Round 1 of Femara.  "Scheduled" IUI.

4.10.14.           Round 2 of Femara.  "Scheduled" IUI.
4.14.14            HSG - Unicornuate Uterus diagnosis; IUI canceled

5.6.14.             Confirmed UU diagnosis. Functional left side.
6.6.14.             Round 3 of Femara confirmed as a fail.  Right side activity only.
7.4.14.             Round 4 of Femara resulted in canceled IUI, but some left side activity.
7.19.14.           BFN
7.23.14.           BFP confirmed with Bloodwork of 1,316 Woohooooo
8.4.14.             Ultrasound with heartbeat.  Due date of March 29, 2015.
8.11.14.          Ultrasound.  No heartbeat.  No growth. Confirmed "missed abortion"
8.13.14.          D&C.
8.29.14.          Lupus Anticoagulant results. Aspirin started.  Repeat test in 12 weeks.
12.1.14.          Aspirin successful. 
12.3.14.          Cyst on good ovary.  December cycle cancelled.  Elevated Estradiol.
Jan. 2015        First round looked good and added Progesterone suppositories = BFN;
                       Second round was our biggest flop yet with no growth with Letrozole
Feb. 2015       Increased Letrozole dosage....all action on bad side
Mar. 2015       Increased Letrozole dosage...missed ovulation scan = unsure of side
Apr. 2015       Increased Letrozole dosage....
